The iTB, standing
on its own feet.
The iTB cabinet is the floor-standing version of the iTB terminal box: the same hinged-lid construction, the same IP66 silicone gasket and the same ATEX Ex e certification — mounted on a fabricated stainless steel plinth so it stands independently on the plant floor.
Used where the enclosure is too large to wall-mount, or where a free-standing installation is required by the layout. Available right-hand or left-hand hinged. Every cabinet is fabricated to your drawing in our Ashford, Kent facility.
Fully fabricated plinth in matching material. Levelling feet standard. Suitable for direct placement on concrete, grating or raised flooring. No wall fixings required.
Specify hinge hand at order. Lid stays open at 90° during installation and maintenance. 316L stainless hinge pin. Lid bolts on opposite side to hinge.
Marked II 2 GD. Gas: Ex e IIC Gb, Zone 1 & 2, T4–T6. Dust: Ex tb IIIC Db IP66, Zone 21 & 22. ATEX, IECEx and UKCA certified. Ex e terminals fitted to your schedule.
Custom sized to your footprint and terminal count. Depth to accommodate your wiring radius and equipment. No minimum order.
Cut, formed and welded in-house. 316L for marine and chemical. 304 for food and pharma. Mild steel powder-coated where corrosion is not the primary concern.
Supplied empty or fitted with Ex e certified terminal blocks to your terminal schedule. DIN rail, earth bars, end-stops and cable trunking included.
